What do our maids do？

Most of the usual house works would be done. For example, Laundry, ironing, mopping the floor, cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, rooms and living room etc. Nevertheless, there are some works our maids would not complete for you due to safety reasons, listed below:

o Handwash clothes
o Bend down to mop the floor with towel
o Clean outside of windows that have no grille or under any dangerous circumstances
o When places needed to be clean are too high to reach (need ladder, chair or table to reach)
o Cleaning of range hood (our maids would only clean the outside surface, if customers wanted inside to be cleaned, please take the cover off and reinstall afterwards)
o Cleaning of crystal chandeliers

Without the HKID of the maid, how do I know who is working in my flat？

According to privacy policy, we are not allowed to provide HKID of our maids to our customers (maids can register HKID at management office on the day of service). We can provide name and phone number of our maids for your information.

I have bought packages, but I do not like the maid arranged for me, what could I do？

If customers are not happy with the maid we arranged, we will send another maid next time without any extra charge. Please feel free to contact us, and we will arrange another maid to provide service next time.

Does the service include cleaning of inside and outside of windows?

Cleaning windows can be dangerous depending on the situation. Customers must provide appropriate auxiliary tool (eg. Adjustable stick for wiping windows). Under dangerous circumstances, our maids have the right to refuse doing any related work, and only clean the inside of the windows.

Do I have to provide cleaning products and tools for the maids?

Please provide basic cleaning tools like hoover, mop, broom, buckets, adjustable stick for cleaning windows, towels (at least 4), sponges etc. Basic cleaning product includes, Magiclean, Blue SWIPE, all-purpose cleaner, Mr. Muscle, Cif etc

Can I ask maids to buy cleaning tools and products for me instead of providing them?

Yes, maids would buy small amount of cleaning tools and products in agreement with you. Receipt will be given to you for claiming, items bought by maids have to be in relation to our service.

Can I ask maids to wash my car?

No, maids have never been trained for car washing. Moreover, washing cars is not included in the insurance.

Can I request service over the weekends or during public holidays??

Yes. However, as a lot of customers request service over the weekends, while we have less maids available on the weekends, we will charge HKD$20 extra fee and please book the service 3 working days in advance.

Can I use packages during Chinese New Year?

All packages are not applicable during Lunar calendar 16/12 to 3/1.

May I change the time of service?

Yes, all you have to do is to call us before 12:00 pm the day before service.

What is the difference between general maid cleaning service and deep/move-in/renovation cleaning service？

General maid cleaning service and deep/move-in/renovation cleaning service require totally different professional knowledge. General maid service provide help for daily housework, for example, laundry and ironing, removing dust, cooking etc. However, deep/move-in/renovation cleaning service can help you remove stains, ashes, sterilise your house and more. Thus, to clean every single corner of your house deeply and professionally.

Do I have to provide cleaning products and tools for the workers?

Can I ask workers to buy cleaning tools and products for me instead of providing them?

Yes, workers would buy small amount of cleaning tools and products in agreement with you. Receipt will be given to you for claiming, items bought by workers have to be in relation to our service.

Can I request deep/move-in/renovation cleaning service over the weekends or during public holidays?

Yes. However, as a lot of customers request service over the weekends, while we have less workers available on the weekends, we will charge HKD$500 deposit and please book the service 4 working days in advance.

What is the difference between deep/move-in/renovation cleaning service and general house cleaning service?

Deep/move-in/renovation cleaning service workers would bring extra cleaning tools and products along with them (except tall ladder) apart from those our customers provide, while our maids would only use products and tools our customers provide. Workers who provide deep/move-in/renovation cleaning service have better knowledge on removing dirt than maids. They would analyse your flat first, then provide customised deep cleaning service with professional skills.

Would deep/move-in/renovation cleaning service workers bring along cleaning tools？

Yes, workers would bring along cleaning products and tools. For example, hoover, step ladder (short), blue SWIPE, sulphuric acid, paint thinner, turpentine, all-purpose cleaner etc. Sulphuric acid would only be used with customer’s permission. Also, customers with a high ceiling flat need to provide tall ladder for our workers. (Can be borrowed from management office)

Are there specific working hours for deep/move-in/renovation cleaning service？

We use number of times of service as units. Our workers would complete service within a day without time limits.

Would floor waxing service comes along with deep/move-in/renovation cleaning service? What is the difference between this and professional floor waxing service？

We will charge extra HKD$500 up (labour and material included) if floor waxing service is required. Actual charge would depend on our quoted price. Nevertheless, this service only includes waxing by hand, and should be re-polished every 6 months. If higher quality of floor waxing is required, please use our professional floor waxing service, which provides specific diamond disc along with professional equipment, in order to achieve the best quality possible.

Can customers stay in the flat during pest control service?

We use government approved pesticide, which is safe for both humans and pets. However, we suggest pregnant women and pets return to the flat not less than 3 hours after service is completed

What if there are still pests in the house after the pest control service is completed? Is there guarantee period?

There could be a lot of causes when it comes to pest issues, for example, peripheral environment of the house or how sealed the house is etc. Therefore, we cannot guarantee your house would be completely out of pests even after using our pest control service. Our workers would be able to explain the possibility and reasons of why pests might come back, if unfortunately it does happen.

What pesticides are used during our pest control service?

The pesticides we used are all approved by the government, safe for both humans and pets

Would there be odour after pest control service?

Customers can choose colourless and odourless products, please contact customer service manager beforehand.

Pest control service works on what pests?

All pesticides we used are approved by the government, and are effective on termites, cockroaches, fleas, mosquitos, rats, and other pests. If rarer pests are found, please provide us a photo so we can discuss and arrange further service.

Can wood fleas be eliminated?

Yes, but that would require customer’s cooperation and might need more than one time of service to eliminate wood fleas.

Would our workers remove the air conditioner and clean it outside the house?

It depends. For window air conditioner, we would remove around 2/3 of the air conditioner for cleaning. For wall split air conditioner, we would wrap the air conditioner with tape and remove some parts before cleaning.

How long does it take to clean the air conditioner?

Around 20-40 minutes for each air conditioner, depending on the situation.

Does the service include cleaning the pipes?

As part of the pipe is external, our service cannot guarantee the pipe is totally unblocked. However, we could provide extra on-site pipe dredging service.

What can I do if my air conditioner is not working normally after service?

If air conditioner is not working normally within 30 days after our service, please contact us and we would arrange technicians for you.

I am not sure which type my air conditioner is. Can I send you a photo of my air conditioner？

If customers are not sure about their air conditioner type, please feel free to send us a photo of it before service.

How often should I clean my air conditioner?

We recommend customers to clean their air conditioner at least twice a year to make sure it runs well and to avoid mould formation.
